Tropical humid climate with two seasons:
- a dry and hot season from November to May affected by Harmattan between December and January
- a rainy season from June to October.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Only the International Certificate of vaccination against yellow fever (vaccination inoculated 10 days prior to beginning of the trip) is required.
Other recommended vaccinations: typhoid fever, hepatitis A and B, cholera.
A protective treatment against malaria can be helpful.
ENTRY FORMALITIES
Entry visa is compulsory except for nationals of Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
A minimum of six months passport validity is required for visa application.
Necessary information about visas formalities can be obtained at the nearest Ivorian Embassy or Honorary Consulate.
